This place is over priced, under maintained, the electric bills are outrageous for an apartment. Ill just leave it at that.

Do not rent here! Literally cant wait for my lease to be up. Everyone sucks from the regional manager down to the Maintenance crew.

Disgusting. Called 2 days ago about my neighbor leaving bags of dog crap outside their door instead of taking them to the dump. Nothing was done, there are now MORE bags. When I called the second time to complain Chantel decided to ask if I clean up after my dog, because someone complained we don't. I surely do hun and I watch my kid dump the bag into the dumpster. And you have my number, you couldve called well before now to address that, rather than wait until I have a complaint....right. Whoever complained needs to provide proof of that. I however have proof and pics of the increasing bags of dog poop myself and my children have to walk past to get to our "luxury apartment"

We have been living here for 11 years now. Our 3 br 2 bath apartment is really like a condo/house. I have more closets here than I did in our house we sold. My own washer and dryer in the apartment. Whenever I have needed... maintenance is quick to fix the issue.. and they will replace the appliance if it's needed. I'm thrilled because they just updated my kitchen for me... new oven, dishwasher, sink and countertops. They are very accommodating. I highly recommend this complex.

Nice community located in Whitehall borderline Allentown. Close to the mall And highway for easy commute. Respectful neighbors and staff.
