After providing all documents for my move in date, informing my previous complex of my move so they can occupy my old apartment, I was denied for lack of documents for my emotional support dogs which I have proper documents for from a legit doctor, why wasnt I told of this before I sent in my money to hold an apartment that I thought would be mine. I was all packed and ready to move my stuff in then told the documents wasnt enough that I needed an update doctor to provide me a doctors note, after telling them I couldnt get one because my temporary stay where I was at wasnt a permanent stay and I couldnt provide something to them due to not having a doctor out here they still denied me. Thanks for nothing, next time provide correct information to applicants stating why they cant get an apartment your playing with peoples living situations.

They told me at the time of interview they had a 3 bedroom we did the walk through via phone, and once my credit check was done they only had a one bedroom the time laps s only a day or so. My question is are they running credit checks just to get money.

As a whole the community is great, main reason we're moving at the end of our 16 month lease is the cost, we'll be renting a place in a nice area of Plymouth that's going to cost us on average $300/month less. The only major complaint I have is parking, you're assigned 1 spot regardless of unit size, we had a 4BR which requires at least 2 adults so 1 spot makes no sense, street parking can be scarce too. Be prepared to pay a higher Earned Income Tax living in WB too.(it's 3x Plymouth)

The maintenance work was always slow. It got done and it was done well but it took awhile to get done.

Upper/lower apartments always come with noise issues. Beautiful outside, small inside. The whole neighbor hood is changing, more kids than there used to be.
