    Location wise the place is excellent, however due to wooden floors, its not advisable for family with small kids, who will be running all over the place and bothering the family residing below, unless there are carpets. Also, the place doesnt seem to be sound proof, as we could hear noise from our neighbours and vice versa.

    No elevator. Apartments poorly cleaned between tenants...next to and behind stove, w/d, A/C filters, under radiators. Painting is not done so well...especially doors. Hallways and stairwells aren't maintained well...cleanliness. Basement where storage area is....sometimes leaks from rain and bugs come in. Find that you can hear your neighbors too often! The shopping center brings a lot if noise!
