The person who greeted me was not pleasant. The information she provided did not seem accurate. She said you have to make 4x the rent to equal $4,000, even though one-bedrooms ranged from $890 to $925. She also said that each adult in the household had to make $4,000 monthly to qualify. When I questioned the information she seemed irritated. I said thanks and left. She slammed the door as I walked away. Something doesn't sit right when someone gives you information that is not by the local rules or laws regarding renting.

The tour was enlightening and provided me with an eye on the property highlights. The apartments are large and have a lot of space. I am very excited for my new experience.

Do not rent I repeat the apartments are infested with mice I have been fighting mice for five years. The maintenance do not fix anything. The manager in the office is very nasty and she talks to you like you are nothing. They split the heating and hot water bill up between all the units in the building. I have had enough the management has declined over the years please do not rent her. Im leaving as soon as i find another place. I am not renewing my lease. Rent goes up 20 dollars a year. The worst.

Applied for this place with my partner and everything came back great, but denied us due to fact they wanted 3x the rent for one person when us combined is 3x the rent. Even offered to add to there deposit and still denied, and the fact we had the money for everything this is ridiculous

Management was the 1st red flag n turn off. Then u have to pay app fee b4 even seeing place n just word of mouth reviews n from people who were roped n2 signing a lease Was approved for the apartment n quickly continued to look

They never got back to me. And from other reviewers it looks like I dodged a bullet

Everyone I know who lived there complained about bed bugs

Do not be fooled by the cheap rent prices because there is definitely a price to PAY. First there’s constant mouses running through the apartments , when I first moved here I seen a baby mouse decided to take it outside not thinking anything of it because sometimes things just happen until a couple months later , I see 2-3 mouses a night! Let’s not forget weird looking bugs crawling on the top of the walls. I also seen roaches behind my fridge. Maintenance randomly comes to “ check” for leaks without any notice. The blinds are very cheap can’t even put any curtains up. The drains are horrible and water takes forever to go down.When it rains power constantly goes out and leaks through making the carpet by the windows soaked. The doors are very cheap and fragile. The thermostat is constantly broken making the house extremely hot about 100 degrees. There is no cameras or security in the apartments or even outside anywhere not even the parking lots making it extremely dangerous especially for women. The workers are not helpful at all and constantly act like they hate their jobs! Do not rent here. PERIOD.💅

Now reaching out to the right people makes a difference, I was furious when my apartment got rammed sack but being in a position to talk to the right people matters. The head manager is very professional some of her colleagues need to learn from her.

I currently live here at Parkview Court apartments. This place is not worth the money you pay I have over 10 micr holes in my two bedroom.
