Parkview Court

It's not so bad, some mice problem, but you can have a cat for that. The landscape is beautiful and the apartments are spacious. The staff overall is nice. The only issue I have is the rent increase every year and I been here for 24 years and I would like to stay but my income is not increasing with the rent. Is there a cap or will I have to move because I can't afford to stay?

The women in the office are always sweethearts and stylish.The maintenca department lacks extremely and depending on where you live in the complex break ins are inevitable. I have renewed lease twice and have been broken into atleast 5 times. The manager did offer a different apartment but I was placed on a waiting for a 2 bedroom since i moved in in 2016. My apartment doest have heat but you get charged for the heat anyway my hall closet has exposed ceder blocks and cracks walls under the air condiotioner I have contacted maintence plenty of times. My neighbors are pretty nice other than the break ins and the maintence department its ok I would give them another 5 years however the wait for the bedroom is horrible and that will force me to move on

It's a rip off stay away from this apartment they are rude in the office . They charge u for water that shouldn't be. My ceiling fall out completely in they had infestation of bed bugs that mess Ed up my furniture

Employees are definitely rude. Trash is overflowing everywhere. The mice and roaches problem is out of control. Neighbors are very loud. Front and back doors are always being slammed. Kids climbing in and out of the basement window. I don't like that they do not schedule "inspections" in a manner were you can make arrangements to actually be home. If you're thinking about moving there DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!
