    Have lived at Powder Mill for ten years and found it to be a safe, comfortable and welcoming community. The inclusion of many utilities in the monthly rent makes this a very good deal .

    If you could do something about the bug investation (thousand leggers), you'd get an excellent. There are just too many thousands leggers (several a day)

    Reliable maintenance, professional staff that genuine knows and cares about its residents. Excellent soundproofing, well maintained grounds, awesome community building social events as well.

    I think the service is very good. The only thing that keeps me from rating it excellent is that there is no lights at the entrance of our apartment area from the main road and it is very dark. Also no lights in the parking lot. Could be a dangerous situation.
