    Filthy infested with mice- the only thing office can do is collect rent. Hard to believe it's in Cranston. Now connecting with Health Department to force owners to do something. Residents fear eviction if they complain .

    Hi, thank you for your review although it is very inaccurate. When a resident has pest issues, it is best to contact the office. We wouldn't evict you for having an issue in your apartment. We work with a pest control agency that comes out every Thursday which would resolve your pest issue. We strive to provide affordable housing with very high standards. Since you are still experiencing problems, we would like to have the opportunity to resolve it.
