The management is top notch and incredibly easy to get ahold of, and very quick to respond to any concerns. The apartments are brand new and clean and nice. There is construction actively going on in the buildings next door and across from us, which can be annoying at times, but it's a brand new construction that is going up, and we were one of the first people to move in, so it really is part of the deal. It is difficult in the morning to get out of the complex due to traffic along Veterans' Memorial Parkway, so that is not ideal either. There were some interesting building/architectural decisions made with the construction of the building, which may or may not have been anticipated (such as the lawn surrounding all the buildings floods and stays flooded every time it rains, some water damage to the walls, the balconies feel flimsy, things like that), but overall it has been nice being the first ones in a new apartment.

Carpenter refused to fix third floor hallway for 2 weeks. Katie finally took care of it for me. Little to no water pressure in shower. I have to stand under it to get wet. New shower head will not solve the problem. Ask anyone on th 4th floor. This must be fixed. Carpenters did substandard work on crown moldings. I had to fill in very noticeable spaces in between slats. Very poor workmanship. Carpenters screwed up installing the window out to my patio. No pride in workmanship obviously not a Union carpenter

The apartment itself is perfect for my needs, well laid out and feeling spacious and light. The property manager is always helpful and cheerful and whenever I have needed assistance it has been promptly provided. The fitness area is available 24/7, the grounds are well designed and maintained, the buildings are kept clean. All in all, I am delighted with Kettle Point.

I absolutely enjoy living here, for me it's hassle free. With a short walk to the gym/clubhouse or relax in the pool when the warm weather arrives. Also it's right on the bike path to enjoy miles of running, walking or ridding your bike. The property manager on site is friendly and alway attentive to the needs of the residents. I would highly recommend living here.

I have to say that I've lived in several different apartment complexes in my life and thus far KP has really been the best. Beautiful apartments, great area and management has been amazing. There have been very few issues but when something does come up katie has been so great with communicating with me and letting me know what was going on and addressed all my issues. One weekend one of our breakers blew and needed to be replaced. I emailed Katie early on a Saturday morning and she was here within an hour with the electrician and the issue was fixed that day. It feels good to know that even during the weekends Katie has gone above and beyond to address things. Whenever we pick up packages at the office Mike and Katie are both so nice and are so friendly to me and my dog. They are very approachable and whenever I have a questions or concerns I've always felt comfortable enough to speak to them about it.
My wife and I moved here from another state due to a job transfer this past summer and the entire moving process went very smoothly. we are so happy we made the move. Our neighbors have been amazing which is also hard to find now a days. And we also also LOVE the fact that it is a non-smoking building!!
The sunset and sunrise views are amazing and my wife and I love sitting on the balcony sipping some coffee.
I leave for work sometimes in the middle of the night and I feel very safe being outside at night, which is also a great feeling.
We have been extremely happy here at KP and we Are looking forward to calling it home for years to come!
