This community was a great deal with all utilities included with the rent, then they cut that off to have resi Read Moredents pay their own electricity bills although heat is still included. The heat being included is not true since the heat runs off of the electricity, so beware when upping the thermostat in the winter. The building is old and even though they added a fresh coat of paint, updated cabinets and counter tops, and maybe added new carpet to the "updated" apartments which they charge way too much for, the floors are thin and noisy so you can hear your neighbors and their pets walk across the floor. Also, if you do not like smoke then this may not be a place for you. The walls are super thin as well and the windows are not sealed for noise so the early morning mowing, trash pick up, neighbors vehicles with the loud pipes, or the snow blowing will wake you out of good sleep. The thin walls and floors allow smoke to cover your apartment as well as any odor from the foods your neighbors cook. If you have severe allergies I would suggest getting an air purifier and keep it running as well as a humidifier. The office staff do not seem to care and do not attempt to work with you on rental rates even though what they are charging is way above the market value. They seem to just want the commission and bonus they receive for signing new leases. Oh, and let me not forget the unnecessary rent increases every year. They pretty much added a new bill (electricity) and still raised rent when utilities were no longer all included. Parking can be rough depending on where you are located on the property. When it snows and cars have to be moved off the street, you may have to park several buildings away from where you live. Be sure to weigh ALL other options before moving here.

We make every effort to make sure maintenance issues are resolved timely, however we are often waiting on outside vendors. We would like to look into your specific issues. Please contact our community manager at (401) 841-1611.
They have done a "good" job in getting some of our requests done, and then in some area's it has taken more th Read Morean one request, or a lot of time has gone by, so Excellent is not how I would rate them. "Good" is a fair rating for this complex. Seems like sometimes, the office and maintenance do not communicate or have the same views on making the repairs, and in a timely fashion. They also need to hire more help with Maintenance it's too big of a property to only have two men full time here.
