      11/2/2022 I currently live here I am staying at a hotel because of a flea investigation and mice running though the house .I spoke to the lady about this problem she says the cost of pest control I will be responsible for .. another employee from the prop management company. Said PERHAPS YOU SHOULD MOVE OUT Had I known this place was so disgusting with careless management I would have never moved in

      Don't let this place fool you. The pictures here are NOT what they seem. The apartments are extremely dated, The water pressure is poor, The vents are falling apart, Cabinets are outdated and rotted, walls are thin. I used to live here for 2 years and NEVER met or seen the landlord. His secretary answers the phone in a very rude manner and is quick to become defensive. Any maintenance complaint got put off for days or they never showed up at all. The building is falling apart inside and out, Take a walk around the property inspect the balcony's. The railings are rotted, The back doors are rusted, Blinds in the apartments are falling off the windows. Do NOT move here this place is NOT what the pictures show.
