I applied several weeks ago and was accepted a few days later via a phone call at 10am on a Friday. The woman said theres a unit available if I want to put half the rent down as a deposit. I told her Id need to see the unit first. She countered that someone was on their way to look at it at 11am and could take it if I dont make the deposit. I asked her if thats the way her company does business and she went silent. She then asked if Id like the link to pay and I said she can send it. I was out of state when she called so I couldnt go look at the unit that day. The next week I sent another email about setting up a tour and received her number as a person to contact. Ive contacted her there and at the number she called from and have received no response for over a week now.

Left several messages Text , email, recording messages regarding Possible potential Moving into the unit. . Got no response back period not one Courtsey call. Talk about customer service. This facility gets a flat zero.
