Ive moved here in June 2023. Gabrielle spent a lot of time with me to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. After living here for 4 months, I know that I chose the perfect unit in the absolute best community. The apartments are huge - more square footage for price than any 2 bedroom in Bluffton. The 15 ft vaulted ceilings make me feel like Im living in NYC again and makes the space feel even bigger! The renovation is great with modern light fixtures, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Every unit has a washer and dryer as well as a beautiful screened in terrace. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The amenities are kept pristine. The office staff of Kaily and Gabrielle are the friendliest and funniest! They both take time every morning to love on my 2 dogs, no matter how busy they are. We have the most stellar coffee machine in the office, offering free local organic espresso and a variety of coffee choices. The neighbors look out for one another creating a true community feel and a sense of safety and security that is invaluable. The maintenance staff of Oscar, Eric and Kevin are super fast to respond and always check back to make sure everything works properly. We have the best maintenance team! We have an exterminator, Joe that is available every Tuesday, free of charge. I could not be happier with my experience here. I feel like I won the lottery! I truly love where I live!

I Love every thing about this community, Everything! Clean, quiet, great neighbors, great location close to every where, amenities, management, staff, maintenance workers, watching wildlife, walking trail, animal friendly, etc, Everything! Typical southern charm community. Joanne

It clean safe community. The management and maintence staff are amazing. Anytime you need anything they are more than accommodating. Couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
