    Management threw away our belongings that we were moving two days prior to the lease ending. We always paid our bills on time, and gave them an intent to vacate. In addition, they did not meet our reasonable demand letter or fix the AC for over two weeks prior. I would not recommend FCA management or the staff at Bee's Ferry Apartments to anyone.

    We love living here. The entire staff is friendly and responsive and we love the amenities at Bees. The pool in particular is incredible. Great accessibility and location.

    These apartments are absolutely stunning and feel very comfortable. The only downfall is parking.. if you done get home before 9 good luck finding ANYWHERE to park..

    I love the environment and atmosphere here. The staff and the community is awesome! It's close to downtown, beaches, restaurants and stores. I am going to miss this place except the palmetto bugs!
