    The encounter was one of the most uninviting experiences I've had since moving to Charleston. The staff member was more interested in highlighting all of the disadvantages and deterrents to renting instead of outlining and providing documentation as to what is needed to apply. As well, she could not and would not provide any documents or written guidelines to support anything she said. However, what was provided, was a list of available apartments and maximum qualifying income. Thank you. To finish it all she said the paperwork she just handed me was also inaccurate and needed to be changed. This is the stereotypical low-level customer service you would not like to receive from an already low-income rental office. I would recommend retraining, reassigning or changing the office staff at this location.

    Horriable place. They claim to do pest control quarterly I never once saw them and there were pest issues. The carpet when I moved in supposedly was cleaned but I had to do it myself it was turning our feet black. They filed eviction on us 3 times because they posted our rent to the wrong apartment. Then when we moved out they kept 100 of our deposit for cleaning. What a joke I cleaned when I moved in and moved out the place is disgusting.

    The staff was very accommodating and while not everyone was knowledgable about everything they knew how to get you in contact with the people who did. The grounds were kept up very nicely and the apartment itself was very nice. Also the other people magnolia downs had leasing out the apartments around us were good people.

    The parking is a problem some days there is no place to park. Parking space should be visible for residents and potholes filled in. Parking is a major problem
