    I couldn't get an answer for days then when I finally went in and filled out the application it was a waste of my time because I was pretty much denied on the spot. yes I did some dumb things when I was younger but they need to take into account that there isn't even a ticket on my record for the past 20 years. what do they need to know my employer's address? the property looked trashy and I'm glad that I got denied. from what I read I wouldn't want to rent from people like this anyway

    The management is not working properly. They are very rude by phone calls, and its very hard to get in touch with them. No possible to have a tour of property. I will recommend not to waste time with them. I think they are not serious company, for having tour to their properties you have to fill application only with your social security number which is quite confidential information, to answer stupid questions like the color of your car or contacts and address of your supervisor. Its before renting its just for having tour to their properties.

    Even though they have multiple units listed and the dates for move in on the listings, when I called to do a tour pig the place I inquired about, the representative that answered the phone told me that t she didnt know when anything would be available because they didnt have a maintenance tech. She questioned how I made the inquiry and how I got their number, which I completed through their actual website. She said I could fill out an app as I requested but told me to push my date out further than the unit was labeled available.
