They ruffly answer if they dont hang up on you , when I did get an answer twice before one lady was rude called the next day and the next lady was nice .. overall just bad with communication. And answering emails and phones . Been calling and calling and only was answered twice out of the many times Ive called . When you do call back to back someone will continuously hand up or leave the phone off the hook big thumbs down when people are looking for places to rent .

I would've given it a higher rating, except for the fact that you have to fill out an application first & you can't tour the property until you move in. I remember when you used to tour the property to make sure your furniture would fit & to see if you or your family would be comfortable living there. They need to bring that process back. Not only here but other agencies as well.

I couldn't get an answer for days then when I finally went in and filled out the application it was a waste of my time because I was pretty much denied on the spot. yes I did some dumb things when I was younger but they need to take into account that there isn't even a ticket on my record for the past 20 years. what do they need to know my employer's address? the property looked trashy and I'm glad that I got denied. from what I read I wouldn't want to rent from people like this anyway

The management is not working properly. They are very rude by phone calls, and its very hard to get in touch with them. No possible to have a tour of property. I will recommend not to waste time with them. I think they are not serious company, for having tour to their properties you have to fill application only with your social security number which is quite confidential information, to answer stupid questions like the color of your car or contacts and address of your supervisor. Its before renting its just for having tour to their properties.
