Love the community, everyone is very friendly, amenity center is great with the features and the gym as well as bike storage pool and car wash. Also love the included features of the apartment such as washer and dryer, glass top stove, and microwave. Elevator made it easy to move in as well. Prices are a plus as well.

I am a resident at Cainhoy Point and it is one of the best places that I have lived in. The new manager is so professional and polite, that she makes you feel more like family than a resident. The maintenance man is also professionaland polite. Although, I have not had any major issues, except a blind falling and garbage disposal. He came in immediatelyafter service request made and never took long. This is a great place to live if you desire to be treated like family..

Everyone in the office has been super helpful. Maintenance is always around and helps whenever possible. Great community. I plan to stay for a long time. Thank you Cainhoy Pointe!
