The staff is good in following up on issues / requests. Complex is generally quite. For me it was situated close to work and convenient to shopping and other amenities.

The parking situation is unacceptable. When I get home there are not enough parking spots. The office staff is very unaccommodating in resolving the issue and it will ultimately cause me to move elsewhere. Sable palms and south wood reality employees need to learn what customer service is, not quote me information from a flawed parking policy. They care more about the agreement with their contracted tow company than the issues of their own residents.

I've lived in multiple apartment complexes through the years, and Sabal Palms has been my favorite. The staff was always very helpful, maintenance always prompt, and the community was enjoyable.

It is a great place to live. The office staff are super friendly and very responsive. I love the recycling options. The apartments are fairly priced and well maintained. The only thing to improve would be an upgrade to the gate. It breaks often.

The GOOD rating is based on the inability of the owner/management company (not the onsite staff) to update or upgrade apartment without the occupant moving out. We have lived in our apartment for over ten years, have been flooded once due to another resident's error and our place has yet to be painted or re-carpeted. This could easily be addressed by a little outside the box thinking by the owner/management company.
