The maintenance is really not helpful at all It take them a very long time to fix something or it takes a very long time to order it Plus the parking is a nightmare

Living at this wonderful community for 16 years was like being home. You will never find a better or more caring staff. Led by Meagan with the team of Krysta, Troy and Chris you soon learn, their residents are much more than business. The residents matter, the community matters. Location is great and renovations are beautiful, if James Island is your goal, please check out Sawgrass Apartments....tell them Evie sent you. You will not be sorry.

Great Property, Nice new renovations, Brand new amenities being added. (Playground and Gym). Super nice office staff and quick maintenance. Enjoyed living here for 4 & 1.2 yrs!

Sawgrass is one of the best places to live on James Island from the 8.5 foot pool to the knowledgeable and fast maintenance crew to the beautiful ladies in the office. Love you guys and gals and so glad we found ya'll. For a scale form 1 to 10 we say, yall get 100....... keep up the great work!!

We toured Sawgrass today and for an older community, we were pleased. They are trying to upgrade all of the units. As of today, they were about half way through with upgrading all of the units. We currently have Sawgrass at the top of our choices to move to in the coming months. The staff were very friendly.
