    The maintenance is really not helpful at all It take them a very long time to fix something or it takes a very long time to order it Plus the parking is a nightmare

    Living at this wonderful community for 16 years was like being home. You will never find a better or more caring staff. Led by Meagan with the team of Krysta, Troy and Chris you soon learn, their residents are much more than business. The residents matter, the community matters. Location is great and renovations are beautiful, if James Island is your goal, please check out Sawgrass Apartments....tell them Evie sent you. You will not be sorry.

    Grounds are very well kept. Front office staff are always kind and accommodating.

    The apartments are older, but are kept in good condition. The grounds are always clean and the staff are very friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix any repairs.

    Parking is a huge hassle with vehicles and motorcycles that don't ever move taking the best spots.
