This apartment is kept up well and the staff are very responsive to requests. Sometimes things can take too long, however most of the time it's taken care of well.

The layout of the two bedroom apartment we are in allows for enough privacy, and yet is ample accommodation for hosting a few friends. The price of rent is hard to beat for a West Ashley apartment. We've also had a great experience with the staff. The only downsides of living here are common to any older buildings: squeaky floors (if you're on the bottom level), higher energy bills (due to poor insulation), and damp conditions (if you don't have a dehumidifier). There was an apartment across the way that flooded a few times during heavy rains, but they've since put in a new drainage system. The neighborhood is also fairly safe. My wife and I frequently go for walks with our toddler and have never had any concerns for safety. It's also terrifically close to the library! Friendly staff, great location, cheap rent... overall, it's been a good place to rent.
