There is a small powder room just off the living room for your convenience. Walk past the powder room into the dining room and kitchen area. In the kitchen you will find loads of cabinet space for all of your kitchen essentials. The dining room features a dining room table with seating for four people. Off of the kitchen is a spacious laundry/storage room that exits out onto your private fenced in patio. Moving upstairs you find two bedrooms and your one full jack and Jill bathroom. The larger of the three bedrooms features a king size bed, and the other bedroom a queen size bed. Also on the second floor you have a third bedrrom with a daybed and a home office, with a desk and chair, perfect for your work from home needs! Never worry about parking as TWO dedicated off street parking spaces are included. Enjoy all that downtown living has to offer with on charming Short Street! No pets allowed. Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
