Enter through the front door into the open and inviting living room, dining area, and kitchen. You will be greeted with loads of natural light from the many windows. This apartment was recently remodeled and includes a brand new kitchen featuring a gorgeous black waterfall countertop, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and plenty of cabinet space. There is countertop seating for two at the kitchen bar top. There is also a small dining table with seating for three-four situated in the large bay windows- perfect spot to enjoy gorgeous views of historic Charleston gardens and houses. You will also find a standing/sitting desk in this space, with an additional desk in the bedroom, perfect for your work from home needs! The green velvet sofa is both comfortable and eye catching, making it the perfect centerpiece for the living room. Opposite a large Smart TV, this is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie! There are also two chairs and a coffee table in this space making it perfect for entertaining friends! Tucked away in the corner is a high top table with a bar stool. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and admire the view of Colonial Lake. Just off of this space is the spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, desk, and plenty of closet space. In one of the closets you will find the washer/dryer. The newly remodeled bathroom has a hotel like feel with a gorgeous tile shower and vanity. Off street parking space is included with this apartment and is located in the parking lot on the back side of the building. This apartment is located on the third story, and there is both an elevator and stairway for your convenience! Unfortunately no pets are allowed. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $300 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
