    Great value. Staff and maintenance very responsive on the rare occasion that something is needed. Glad we moved here over a year ago.

    IT'S ALL A RACKET, DON'T FALL FOR IT. THE MANAGER IS RUDE! (VERY RUDE). I MOVED IN 4 YEARS AGO WHEN THEY ACTUALLY HAD FRIENDLY STAFF. I LEFT THE APARTMENT CLEAN AS I COULD, THE WAY I WOULD EXPECT A TENANT TO LEAVE IT IF THEY HAD RENTED FROM ME. THAT'S JUST HOW I WAS RAISED. SO SINCE THEY COULDN'T CHARGE ME FOR LEAVING THE PLACE A MESS. WHEN YOU MOVE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR TWO (2) MONTHS OF WATER BILLS, PLUS THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA DAY BECAUSE WHEN I GOT OFF WORK BY THE TIME I GOT HOME THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED, I HAD MY BOYFRIEND HAND THEM IN THE NEXT MORNING AT 10 WHEN THEY OPENED BECAUSE I HAD TO WORK, AND THEREFORE WAS CHARGED. OH. AND JUST TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW THE WATER BILLS ARE CONTROLLED AND BILLED BY THEM, THAT'S WHY THERE SO HIGH. THEY'LL LIE AND TELL YOU OTHERWISE, BUT LOOK AT WHO YOUR BILL COMES FROM AND GOES TO. IT'S ALL A RACKET.

    1 star only because it means "the place is severely lacking". . and by that I mean, personnel. Not that they don't have staff, just no one purposeful at this time. I have no past experience with this property outside of yesterday. I called the office and was greeted by what seemed to be a reasonable young lady. I asked about an apartment and if I could view it. I told her I got off at 5 PM, and that I could be there by 5: 30. She assured me that the timing was "fine" because they closed at 6:00 PM. She told me to call 5 minutes out. I called 10 minutes out, no answer. Well, I got there at 5:30. There was a "closed" sign displayed, but I figured she was "social distancing", reasonably so. After 5 minutes of looking through windows, and checking the drop-box like a crazy person, I decided to give her a call. No answer. 2 more calls, no answer. It is 5:36, sign says they close at 6:00 PM. Moving on, two more people who were promised a viewing arrive. Both equally confused. The door says closed, the lights are off, everything is locked, and it is 5:40 PM. All parties were told to come by, all parties were told they closed at 6:00 PM. The property is gated so this is not a testament to the condition of the property and what it offers, only what you will be dealing with. Most likely Gen Z, young and cheap, which would be fine if they lowered their prices, and somehow moved to the actual lake. It is pretty much near the liver of the lake, where all the pee foams up and whatnot. It looks like if you dip your toe in, it will turn into a tentacle. The grass was beautiful though. Bless.

    Do not rent here . staff is very rude , especially the manager. they will keep your security deposit and will charge you thousands in damages . zero stars.

    Staff is wonderful and helpful. Schools and community are great! Lots of things to do within a short distance. People shouldn't post reviews about their neighbors and give the place a bad review! Just because someone wasn't raised right doesn't make it the fault of where you live. Nicest place in Lake Wylie.

    Got woke up at 3.30 Sunday morning by a drunk punk with very loud exhaust on his super cool white no class Chevy. No exhaust on truck several tenants called in on punk . He left at 6.15 sat night. Came home 3.30 am sun night.
