This place is truly awful. ZERO PARKING. Zero respect for their tenants. There is a consistent sewer odor in the hallways. The property mgmt have broken SC code of laws multiple occasions by not resolving issues in a timely manner. Moving in here is a nightmare

Parking is completely unavailable to residents most nights between 5-8 PM due to poor planning and lack of forward thinking to solve the issue. Intermark is terrible at resolving issues in the building and lack are people skills and ability to solve problems. Until residents here start getting considerations and help from anyone with that ability I encourage no one to rent here.

Not a bad place to live. The only complaints I have are the loud crosswalk bell, the A/C being inop during the summer, and packages not being able to be delivered because all doors are locked throughout the day.
