I was so pleased with the tour that my daughter and myself received. The young lady knew exactly what to say and showed us exactly the size apartment that fit what my daughter was looking for. I commend her because I know this is not an easy job ( I work in property management) and she maintained a smile the entire time.

Limited parking for buildings around 1006, limited lighting around complex entrance, maintence request are slow when an outside vendor/contractor is needed

the entire office staff from maintenance to managers have always been professional and prompt with any request. If I could change anything , I would try to make the hallways cleaner.I have noticed that it is really not maintenance issue but the residents are not taking care of the property

There should be two ways in and out ALL the time. The gate is locked on the other entrance. We had a problem where the power lines fell down by the main entrance and the residents couldn't get in or out for a while. I feel that this was an inconvenience. Please open the gate. Crossroads has three ways to get in and out. Thank you.

When I first moved into the apartment, I was shocked at the number of insects that kept appearing in every room. I ended up purchasing Ortho insect spray and treating the apartment myself. On certain days (when the temperature or humidity outside reaches a certain point) the living room carpet starts to stink. There are red stains high up on the bathroom walls and the cupboard on which the washbasin rests has water damage and the wood is swollen. On the plus side, the apartment is quiet.
