50 year old apartments that haven't been properly maintained and are therefore failing severely. The owners have attempted to put a pretty band-aid on buildings that are buggy (waterbugs are a constant issue), have leaking ceilings, plumbing issues, black mold in the windows and aggravating gnats in the refrigerators. The list could go on, but the point has been presented. Go elsewhere if you can.

There is nothing extrodinary about living here except it was a very good rate. The floors are caving there is out dated appliance and yet rent is going up and up and up.

Every month we had to call maintenance because of a sewage backup. The problem was never resolved and as a result we moved out.
