    Haven't had any issues with Landmark or the owners. It's a good place to live.

    We spend $700 a month for a 2 BR apartment that has leaky windows, bugs, loud neighbors, and burners on the stove that don't work. Our power bill for this 700 sq ft apartment is almost twice what it was for our 1800 sq ft home (leaky windows and poor insulation). We have been here for 3 months and the community center that is supposed to be available to us has been closed the entire time. We are only living here for another 2 months until our house is built and I am literally counting down days!
