Do Not go off Online Pictures (Deceiving) Not in best area of town. Older buildings, maintenance does patch work, apt wasnt cleaned, bugs even with pest control (water bugs, fat short worm looking bugs, small worms), cant see apartment until after lease is signed. No tennis court, laundry room not open. New carpet, New flooring and tubs. Reported Smelled like water damage under sink maintenance sprayed so it wont mildew and thats it. Buildings need updating/painting and more. If you can deal with this its a great size apartment.

Terrible! Once you apply you will never hear back regarding your application. I decided to live elsewhere and notified the office about this. The following Monday they charged my account for a deposit. Despite my lack of interest in living at the property any longer they charged my account for a deposit. I have since been informed it will take 2-6 weeks to receive a refund for. Huge scam. Unless you want your bank account charged without consent, do not fill out an application here! Poor business. I have called and emailed more than four times and have yet to hear back.

This apartment is old and has roach problems. Once you sign the lease you're forced to pay to leave or deal with the bugs. They offer pest control but after 4 months the past are still not controlled. I wish I had never came to this place and I'm counting down the days I have left before my lease ends. Don't even get me started on the unprofessional behaviors of the office staff and the property management corporate office staff as well. They only care about you until you sign the lease.

The apartment had issues from the first when moved in an was told that it would be fixed with in a couple of weeks. Then apartment had issue with water leaking from water heater an from front drain being blocked again was told would be fixed. Management lies an maintenance men will lie also about having issue fixed. Plan an simple I would NEVER EVER REFER this complex there excuse was they had to fix the pool while I had standing water in my dining room.
