    I love thhis place and have lived here for many many years. The Apt staff is the best that includes the officce and maint staff there are none better. Want a nice place to live come and enjoy our comminity you won't regret it Bob Byrne

    That 1 star is being very generous , this place is a dump. They brag about updating stuff..& place looks even worse. From the horrible crime, to the weekly overloaded garbage.. everyone pays for trash pickup in their rent. so why does garbage pile-up! schedule an extra pick up!!! Ive found frogs, roaches, crickets, centipedes, and mostly spiders in my apartment. September is centipede infestation month here by the way.My neighborhood says Pest control is water in a spray bottle apparently. & I have a very clean and neat home. The police are out here atleast 2 to 4 times a week at night. Definitely not a place I recommend. I haven't felt safe for over a year! The price is the only reason ppl move here.

    Crime has been an issue in this area although new management seems to be working with the local police department closely, including hiring a patrol officer and additional exterior lightening poles so I know our community will get a lot better and detour most of it. I'm excited to see what changes they make. My apartment is large, with spacious rooms, really cool large closets, and hardwood floors. They area itself has a lot of trees, great location and we always have a parking spot. Definitely will be renew my lease under the new upgrade packages.
