I have been living here for 4 yrs I love the location. Yes there have been maintenance issues and they have been addressed. Been through 4 property management changes. Spacious apartments. My concern now is my renewal and how much they have gone up. My building is pretty quiet I am comfortable with my surrounding neighbors. May have to move though depending on the increase. Older apartments so just know the pipes are old too. New management again just praying for the best.

I love this Place, if you need something fixed Nikki and Domonique will make it happen!!!! These apartments are bigger than most houses and everything is in walking distance. I am on month 6 and look like a few more years!!!!!! you will not regret living here.

I love what they are doing to the place! I have been here 4yrs 10 months now and I have seen the changes! The new maintenance Techs are very knowledgeable and for once I feel my unit is worth every dime I am paying in rent. It took sometime and many different staff members, but this place is finally coming together! Coodos to everyone at the Mill well Riverwalk Vista, Everything looks nice!!!!!!! Great office staff and pretty good maintenance!!!!!!

I hate to leave :( I raised both of my kids here. I was stationed at Fort Jackson for 8yrs and I truly will miss the office staff Nikki has gone above and beyond to make sure this place is functioning and the residents are happy. She has been manager for almost a year and we have been able to get new plumbing pipes, new windows, and new siding on every unit. The maintenance could be better, but overall I loved it there we were all like one big family and that is something money can't buy. Nikki if you could see this you are doing an amazing Job, remember you will never be able to please everyone! We will miss you all....

The maintenance turn around time is all over the place. I moved in back in April gave a list of things that need to be addressed. Needless to say it's October and those things still have not been completed. They pass off responsibilities, close work orders without completing them and the pest control is horrible.They charge you for renovated apartments but the inside is patched up and painted over instead of fixed.
