Excellent location. Building is well maintained while retaining its unique character. Building is safe and secure. 24 hours courtesy office adds security. Safe and secure parking. Fantastic pool. Excellent laundry facilities. Exercise room is adequate for my use. Outstanding friendly, knowledgeable staff. Utilities are included. Although wireless Internet is not available, there are affordable options available.

The location is fantastic! The view from our apartment was breath taking. The only reason I wouldn't recommend the Plaza to someone else is because I moved out early and paid an entire semester of rent in full and was charged a ridiculously large fee after my roommates moved out because they left the place a mess. I called and left messages to discuss this and was ignored. That was extremely poor customer service so I do not recommend the Plaza to my friends.
