The grounds are well-kept, the apartments are nice, things are handled professionally. We love that the utilities are included. It is also extremely convenient to everywhere.

For my space and utilities, I do enjoy my unit which is competively priced. There are a few issues that could be attended to (in regards to the age of the place) but I feel satisfied with the overall conditions.

I feel very safe in my apartment. I could not give an excellent because of various issues with the apartment itself and for the lack of available parking spaces for this building many times.

Since moving here roughly 9 months ago, I've always felt at home. If there was an issue, it was take care of accordingly and quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and is always there tl help and say hello. The grounds and pool are kept clean and welcoming. We're going to extend our lease another year!
