I enjoy residing at Haven. I consider this a blessing because it is my first apartment community experience. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and attentive. I would like to rate Haven as excellent but the dog park is not properly maintained, the entrance box at the gate is impossible to read during the day causing frustrations with friends who visit, and there is no recycling. However, it is quiet for the location and the leasing options are military friendly.

The Haven could be a really beautiful place but the residents are not mindful that they should clean up after themselves.

The Staff are great. Very responsive and caring to military stationed personnel and my family, words cannot express how attentive and responsive they all are. Handicapped access for visiting family is excellent.

As a resident of The Haven at Windsor Lake Apartments I have not had any major trouble concerning living arrangements. When I needed any type of service completed the management team were on it. The only downfall is the fact that the company no longer honors employer discounts, which is what brought me to the location in the first place.
