The best way to describe the living conditions here is squalid. There are always roaches in our apt no matter Read Morehow clean you are. They have the nerve to charge you $10 for pest control but I do not see these pests being controlled. We have spent over $200 to ensure that we would not have to wake up to water bugs/roaches in our bed. If you put in a request for maintenance, it will take them weeks to months to have that request accomplished. Also, they don't leave notes when they enter your apt. They share their maintenance with 3 other apts. Before the hurricane, there were gunshots across the st. at the liquor store. The 1st month that we moved here, a couple was screaming above us and came outside to honk their horn at 3am. Anyone is allowed to wander into their closet to retrieve packages and do not have a system in place to ensure people are only grabbing their packages. They show you their demo apt that is always nice has nice marble counter tops and a nice bathroom and nice wooden flooring. They say "the apt will not be ready time" and end up putting you in a terrible apt. There are holes in the baseboard. We received a new dishwasher however it was installed improperly. We put in a request to have that fixed and the screwed a nail in that was way too long and it went through our counter top. I scratched myself on that nail so many times before they fixed it. They did NOT patch the hole up either. Our toilet paper roll holder was screwed in and the screws were too long so they went through to the inside of the BA cabinet. They advertise 1st month free and when questioned about it they never follow thru with offering a discount. The pictures that they post of the website do not look like the apt. When we 1st moved in here, they were doing this raffle where you pay rent in advance and enter for the raffle to win $100 worth of groceries. The parking spaces flood. Folks never pick up their dogs' feces and the apt does not provide bags

Moved in 3/9/18 and patiently waiting to move out! Still haven't received a mailbox key and its 4/4/18. Let me Read More email them and say the check for my rent in there; i bet they will move fast.

The management has changed 12 times in 3 years. Maintenance is horrible here. It takes them 3-4 weeks for them Read More to get anything done. Cars are always being broken into. In the hallways smell like drugs all the time. Some building infested with bedbugs.

If you put in a service request, expect more than 1 month before office send maintenance. When they do come ou Read Moret expect more than 1 week before service is completed. Also expect the same problem to occur because the inability of
Maintenance to get the problem fix is sl to none. I would say to rent at your own risk.

I had nothing but problems from day 1. They lost my deposit and kept putting late notices on my door because o Read Moref it. The whole apartment building flooding out and the maintenance man told me to "throw down some towels" until I threatened to go further. They hired a company that night to come suck the water out the entire building. Then water would randomly leak from the hot water heater. The carpet in the rooms were never treated from when the apartment flooded and they were not concerned.
