Solid waste collection and disposal process not clearly defined.
Contractor safety: Lift equipment operation - are contractors trained? I have not witnessed a single contractor wearing a safety harness to date! PPE - is safety glasses, work gloves, and or hearing protection being procured by employer and handed out to employees?
Environmental compliance: NOI to discharge (IAW NPDES) - I see allot of sediment flowing to storm water drain systems, with out implementation of BMPs.

So far the office management has been excellent and easy to work with. The only reason I chose good is because the grounds are not completed yet and it is difficult to keep my house clean with the dog and red clay mud. When everything is done Im sure It will be excellent

Still under construction. Dusty and dirty common areas. Will be very nice when complete.

Great location and space!! The layout is nice besides a couple of inconvenient fixtures. Complain about insects so they called the pest control to spray the apartment but still see insects.

Have lived here for 2 weeks so far and the staff has been wonderful and attentive to our needs.

The community is very nice and I think will be even nicer once the pool area and walkways are complete. It is inconvenient to have the mailboxes all at the front of the property. It's an extra stop to make and also won't be pleasant when the weather is bad. I also wish there were at least a couple of drawers in the bathroom if not a medicine cabinet. Otherwise, I like the flow of the apartment and other storage space.
