Not kid friendly enough, complaint response time is too slow! People don't respect each others space! Everyone is not pet friendly people should also be aware, I don't own a pet I shouldn't track dog manure in my apt.

Regarding maintenance, we work diligently on requests in the order they're received, and you can always call to monitor the status. Also, we'd like to know if you see particular residents violating pet policies. We want everyone to enjoy their home, and we're happy to contact violators to facilitate a solution.

Two residents refuses to stop leaving their garbage outside of their doors. Dogs are loud and people play loud music!!It is awful we have to deal with this.We have to pay rent also,and this shouldn't continue.

Honestly I try to just look at it as a place to live right now. Our dishwasher barely works and when we told the guy he just made it so it wouldn't fall out of the hole anymore. Then there's the toilet in our bedroom. We have had someone come "fix" it twice but guess what it still doesn't work and I'm not wasting my time anymore. We have a huge flea problem but two inside cats who are on flea medication and have never been outside. We've had both cats since kit tins and had no fleas.

Being disabled is hard enough and every year rent keeps going up. I feel there should be a set price for disabled people.
