Absolutely amazing apartments/townhomes; really is a diamond in the rough, plenty of space, amazing staff willing to help you at all hours, friendly community, if I could have I would have stayed there forever. This place is also very military friendly.

OMG! This place is beyond horrible!!! Filthy all the time! Landscaping is horrible when they show up! Dumpster always filthy, staff spiteful and disrespectful!! There is no package acceptance service, maintenance department lazy, pond is always dirty, price gauging!!! Before you choose devon Pointe as your new home kindly talk to residents and local folks! Worst place I have EVER seen!!! If they try and rope you in run for your life and never look back!!!

This complex is disorganized and unsatisfactory. We went through 4 managers in the 4 years I lived there. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to live there.
