Connie, Jenilee, and Heidy have been amazing. They helped make our move-in process so smooth. They were flexible with the fact that I had no credit score, even though my wife did haha. Not to mention, how superbly sympathetic and understanding they are to people's situations. The apartments are huge and the rent is easily one of the (if not the) lowest prices we found for the area. The maintenance men are such a delight and extremely professional. Everything about this place is great. Even the community is nice. Everyone will say hello or wave back at you. It's also a very quiet place. I work at 5am so getting to bed early in the evening is a must, and in the near 3 months we've been here, not a single time have I been woken up by neighbors.

They were super nice. This property is under new management and its a very old property. Iron stairwells rusted, garbage all over the property that they were working on, 1 laundry facility for 3 complexes? No washer dryer connections in any apartments.

I have not heard anything from them

I have been living here for about 8 months and I absolutely love it. Jenilee is attentive and friendly; work orders are done immediately, and the amenities are a great addition. I especially love the location and it is walkable to the grocery stores, shops and the restaurants. Overall, I can see myself living here for a while. Noise is never an issue, and I enjoy being a part of the community that lives here.

Great place and affordable! I can’t wait to enjoy the pool more. The lady I’ve worked with is Jennie and she has been amazing at getting me set up with what I need and was even able to suggest local restaurants and entertainment options. Being new to this area, I really appreciated the extra help, Jennie, and I look forward to enjoying all the local spots you told me about!

The lady named Jenni Lee(sorry if I have it wrong) was beyond AWESOME... I WOULD DEFINITELY move back here if I EVER move back to Sc.... Jenni made it easy for me ,understanding things that I didn't understand... I would definitely give HER and this PLACE A 5 STARS

I Ben hear a lil over a month now since they Ben under new management things Ben ok so far apartments not to bad on the inside had a few lil issues wen I moved in but like I say now management is awesome I called bou my air last week my air was fixed the same day that’s a plus for me so far so good I mite renew my lease next year
