Pet Policy: Hawthorne at the Park is a pet friendly community that features many open areas and clean-up stations for you to walk and play with your pets. We allow large breed pets and allow two pets per apartment. There is a non-refundable Pet Priveledge Fee of $250 and an additional $100 for a second pet. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, Great Dane, Pit Bull (also known as: American Staffordshire Terrier,
