On move in day I reported ice maker would not work and toilet not secured to floor. It took 3 months for ice m Read Moreaker to get fixed and after 1year the toilet was still not fixed. Numerous other maintenance requests took weeks to get fixed. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Children running around everywhere. Very loud! Due to construction I had nails in my tires on 4 different occasions and construction would block entrance/exit to complex

We don't have any amenities. With the new buildings now in construction there won't be room for playground a Read Morend not even enough parking spaces. We will move out as soon as possible.

We moved in January 2016. Construction that was supposed to be finished in March is still going on in Septembe Read Morer. The construction zone is a mess. The had to close the pool in the hottest month of the year because they had to tear down the fitness center, which we have never been able to use. I've also had to submit multiple work orders for the same issues, but I think this was more a bad maintenance employee. He was replaced

I didn't give a poor rating because the place is inexpensive and the maintenance man (Charlie) is awesome and Read Morevery helpful. Otherwise, the lack of communication about changes in the complex and fact that we were told when we moved in 13 months ago that the clubhouse would have a brand new gym in 1 month.. but it still doesn't... are frustrating. And I'm not one to be negative on surveys, generally speaking.
