Would like to see a place to workout. The staff is friendly and courteous and the maintenance guys are timely and eager to please.

Thanks for the compliments and the suggestion. I've been pondering the same thing for the Landing, can't make a promise though... Meanwhile, we are adding those in other communities for the same reason, in hopes you'll be singing the "I work out" song in the not too far off future. In the meanwhile, our "guys" will always be timely and eager. They love what they do, and we appreciate you!

I think the rent is too high and no real amenties besides a small pool.

We do know it can be tough finding all that you dreamed of in your apt. This community's niche is the great value priced 2-story floorplans. It does, however, offer more than just the pool. And our service is amazing with a great staff as the icing on top. Please stay with us long enough to fall in love!

I love The Landing the staff is great and it's a very quiet community also very relaxing at the end of a busy day I look forward to coming home. The few times I've needed repairs they were always prompt in getting my issues resolved. This was the best place for me after I relocated from Florida. I highly reccommend The Landing.

I love the location. My neighbors are great. Staff and maintenance are friendly and on top of things. The only drawbacks I see with the complex are the windows and the shower/bath. The windows are old and very drafty. I have never experienced as much condensation as I do with these windows. Also, the bath is poorly insulated. I cannot take baths because the water turns cold very quickly. Other than these, I think it's a very nice complex.

One of the best qualities of The Landing is their urgency whenever something isn't working. Any A/C issues are always handed in a timely manner AND on the same day. Even after they're closed for the day!
