The buildings are old and in attractive and the going rate for old carpet and bifold doors is not much less than much nicer places.

Multiple problems with plumbing and appartment smelled strongly of smoke even though it was advertised as smoke free.

Please feel free to call in a work order so that we can resolve any plumbing issues promptly. Additionally, we are not a smoke-free community, so we will be reviewing our advertising sources to ensure that a "smoke-free" feature is not listed. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

A friend encountered a mold problem in their apartment. The floor squeaks really bad. Very easy sound transmission between floors.

In regards to the floor squeaking, that, unfortunately, comes with owning an older building and cannot be fixed without disturbing other surrounding residents.
