9/5/17 Interesting that every review here is dated March 4, 2014. Makes you go "hummm". I've lived here 3 ye Read Morears. Location is excellent. Staff has been really great except for a random person or two that have now gone. Maintenance is pretty good, have had some items not fixed but if you stay on them it eventually gets done. The worst part is the NOISE. Nothing that soundproofs the walls. Upstairs apartments have faux wood laminate, and even the smallest person sounds like an elephant walking above you. The hardest part is people moved in above us that eveidently work afternoons/evenings and come home around midnight making noise as if it is 3:00 in the afternoon. Management has sent "letters" but nothing has been resolved. We have had to interact with the neighbors ourselves, who have stated they "try" but they don't really "try". Management states we just have to call the pokice. The noise wakes us up several times during the night, not enough to call police but enough to keep us sleep deprived. I have serious health issues and this is taking a toil on my health. Management is not helpful and not willing to let us out of the lease, so we are being held hostage. I will NOT renew a lease here. In addition, the amenities are VERY dated, old kitchens, white cabinets with the white lamonate peeling off, countertops that have been sprayed some "faux" brownish color. Can't wait to move.

Grade would have be EXCELLENT had the decision not been made to allow large dogs.

Excellent office and maintenance personnel. Always helpful and polite. Give feelings you are between old frie Read Morends. Landscaping needs a little color. (not necessarily flowers) Increasing rent amount becoming somehow worrisome. Hope will not go in the future at the same level. Sincerely, Oz.

My only complaints would be for better workout equipment in the workout room and stricter rules on yappy dogs. Read More In the workout room, the eliptical is ancient and the treadmill on the right is impossible to use. As for dogs, I know you have breed restrictions, but most of the dogs in my building (300) are small and they are vicious! They bark at everything and one even bit my shoe when I walked by. I think more of the small breeds should be restricted.

This is the noisiest apartment I have ever lived in or even been in. The walls are paper thin. I can literally Read More hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor makes, I can hear toilets flushing, and voices coming from neighboring apartments. The footsteps from above sound like elephants stomping, and it has been that way for each of the 4 renters i've had living above me. I can hear the dog chewing its bone on the floor. It is completely unacceptable for the outrageous price of this luxury apartment.
