The staff is great! If you need anything it is taken care of quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is clean and has been well taken care of. 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beach; location couldn't be better and the price is very reasonable for Mt. Pleasant!!

I have lived in 25+ residences throughout my life. I love to travel. I am from Charleston. This was the worst apartment experience of all time.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I particularly like the new community-oriented initiatives that have been more frequent lately (2/27/15). I was on my way to class one morning, running late and had no time to eat breakfast, or even get a cup of coffee. I'm Frustrated and tired and then I see the staff approaching my car near the entrance...offering me breakfast. I was ecstatic.
