I waited a little while to write this, because we are all too familiar with the way management treats you once Read More you have complained. We were already iffy about the place when we had our kitchen "renovated" right near Christmas. The contractors ate our food, took our knife holder, screamed, called each other inappropriate terms, threw a box UPS left at the door, and left a huge mess.... all while we were there. I can only imagine how they treated apartments when no one was home. The cabinets looked much worse than the previous ones and they were not put in properly. We were told that they wouldn't have to give us new flooring because they had done that before we moved in. We moved everything back into the kitchen after renovations, and two weeks later, we woke up to a man in our home moving everything out of our kitchen to redo our floors. He was very kind and apologetic, and he said many other people weren't told this was happening either. The flooring wasn't done well, and it was bubbly. We immediately went to the office to complain, and we were told "well, it's done now, so it doesn't matter." We were shocked. I then decided to send an email explaining everything that happened to Darby. I received an incredibly rude letter in return that basically said that there was no management was rude to us, and there was nothing they could do. Once when we were picking up a package, someone came in the office and said they were tired of having to have their entire kitchen in their bedroom. We found out that the contractors had pulled out his old cabinets and hadn't had cabinets to put in for weeks.The price wasn't worth what we were getting. They will say they have a fitness center, which should make up for it, but it's the saddest gym I've ever seen. I hate how negative our experience was, but you should know what you are getting into before signing a lease.There's more, but I'm limited to 2,000 characters.

I have been having maintenance issues water leaking and soot coming through the vents I had to call back to ba Read Moreck feel like if you call too much you are problem. my last call was a toilet leak it took over a week to repair I called twice before it got repair. everyone said they do not think of me as a problem but they do I know the maintenance person think I am I just want water repair taken care of in a timely manner. I think I may been living there too long also the rent getting to be too much
