I feel many good changes have occurred since I moved in. The dumpster area is much improved..it used to be really bad.

Oh thank you so much for noticing! We sure do try to do the things you'll love. When I drive in, I just love the trees and the roofing (metal is so unique!). Knowing we've replaced all of the windows and patio/porch doors, makes me feel great for the Customers, and the Fitness Center is always getting something spiffied. So enjoy it all, and we'll keep enjoying our Customers too!

Thickett is a great value; tasteful apts, natural grounds, trees and close-in location. The company is investing a lot of care in the buildings, which is impressive, and the staff is very responsive. Some little downsides include a LOT of entries for inspections - the pest control, quality control, the "bedbug dog", and various other traipsers-through, who often don't show up the day they said. The recreational amenities are in poor shape; tennis court could be a nice plus with a new surface

Thank you for this critique! We know the process of the renovations, when added to quality control visits, can make it feel a bit invasive. We hope the visits in the future will feel like great service. We do hope you enjoy the pool & fitness. The comment on the Tennis Court is a fair one. Thickett is a great place to stay at, the staff really cares and worries about you and values your opinions. Also, if there is something wrong with the apartment, they fix it right away.

It is close to excellent. I say this because the property is an older property, which is not a bad thing. It is a spacious property where everything isn't crammed in together. Some wear and tear is showing, but it is very minor to me. It is quiet and close to Town Centre.
