Quick drive to market common and the airport. This is a mid-term rental, fully furnished. Subject to accommodation tax and a cleaning fee ($250). Preferred tenant will fall into the "good" credit score category, will generate 2x the rental rate, no current, dangerous or theft-related criminal history, no evictions, & can provide rental references. We reserve the right to deny locals who do not have proof of permanent housing.
