Maintenance hours should be more flexible and offer appointments for the renters who need it. I like to be hom Read Moree when someone enters the apartment. Also, appointments would narrow the time on when they arrive instead of renters hanging around all day between 9a-5p. There have been times when I waited around and nobody showed up.

Management changes a lot. Not a good system in place for subleasing apartments or uniform process. Maintenanc Read Moree was always efficient and fixed things in a timely manner. Pool area is nice and gym is okay. Changed process for rent payments and took away the drop box which is inconvenient for residents who work during the hours the office is open. Not sure why this was taken away. Also very disappointed that it was not communicated that rent reports to credit file. This should be disclosed!!!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feelings. The drop box was closed to protect our residents against stolen checks as some communities across the country have had checks taken out of their drop boxes. The office is open seven days a week for your convenience in paying your rent. We also offer an online rent payment option that is free with an e-check. We do report rental history to Experian and clearly state this in the lease addendum. I apologize if you felt mislead by this.
More lights are needed. Residents parking is full of nonresidents at times but has been improving. Atlantic p Read Morealms has many many more recreational amenities. Movie theater, tv's by pool, ping pong tables by pool, corn hole boards by pool, dog parks, volleyball court, working car care center. Parking lot needs restriped. New gas grills are needed and the fire pit needs fixed. Landscaping needs more palm trees. This all comparable to other apartment complexes. Office / maintenance staff is A+++

The property manager decided to switch towing companies and she did notify residents but my car still got towe Read Mored even though I did have a sticker on my car and I had to pay $225 to get it out. I understand that there was an issue with parking but the property manager should have told the towing company that she contracted not to touch cars with parking decals no matter what! People with decals pay to live here, that is not ok! I feel like my car was towed out of my driveway.

I apologize that you had your vehicle towed. This is such an unfortunate incident because the only reason that we tow is to ensure parking for our residents. All of our residents should be aware of our parking policies as this is stated in your lease agreement & parking addendum. We also recently notified all residents via letters on all doors, emails and flyers. The towing company does not tow cars with decals-only cars without decals. Please contact the office to resolve this issue.
