    terrible place to live staff is rude maintainence never fix things they over charge for late fee.. i cant wait until my lease is up

    When something goes wrong in the home you email the office and they come fix it right away

    The office staff is terrible. They never answer the telephones. The maintenance Tech takes forever to respond especially to emergencies. That's because there is only one to more than 50 apartments. I will not recommend anybody here.

    When moved in the carpet was sticky and simply needed to be replaced. The maintenance was at first good but then it would take 3 contacts to get something completed. Constant problems with neighbors due to thin walls. Recent problems with the office personnel, simply being disrespectful and talking rudely. Overall I will not sign another lease.
