My family and I have received Royal treatment since moving into Avian Place the latter part of 2017! We appreciate the prompt and immediate attention to the details of any concern; especially when it comes down to maintenance. The office staff is always friendly, polite and helpful! A North Charleston police officer made a comment to me on what a nice job the new management has done to the property! It's a very quiet community with a family atmosphere.

5/5 stars based on undefined reviewsJune 21, 2024The maintenance man terry is awesome he fixed everything in like 15 min unlike the old guy who would put band aids to fix everything and I’ve waiting since the beginning of my lease for things to be fixed and told me I was the problem but besides that! Terry came in addressed all the issues and more and did it so fast and efficient. I wasn’t going to renew my lease cause of the lack of care but with the new crew coming in they are turning avian place around! Very happy with the experience!!
