I love Shadia and this place, it's just 2 blocks from Joint Base Charleston!!! TWO BLOCKS! I work for the military and being 2 blocks from the main gate and 2 miles from your place of work?! It was paradise. While people complain about Dorchester traffic, I just glide right in on foot, bike, or vehicle, it's all stress free. I also had a military move and Shadia, God Bless this Woman, worked out the best situation for me to stay and leave with ease hassle free...did I mention I love Shadia and this place?! Plus as an extra added bonus, at 2200hrs, you can hear the base play TAPS from the distance, super cool way to end the evening. If your military, this is the place! Some people said there was too much party going on, go to a retirement home if you don't understand working class having a good time on a Saturday Night, it's Saturday Night!!!

They do not have security cameras and refuse to get them. i have had things stolen from my car multiple times and people will spit and throw things at your vehicle if you look at them wrong. i have came out of my apartment and had multiple people leaning on my vehicle. it is down right disrespectful. Oh i forgot to mention all the groups of guys outside their apartments drinking and being extremely loud until 2 in the morning, and the constant cars driving thru and getting stuck in the grass by the pool. all the grounds look terrible and rutted up now.

Administration's response to resident claims in regards to things that need to be fixed on the apartment is awful. But they are very diligent when charging the rent.
