Pot holes everywhere in the roads in the complex... Nice office staff.. Apartment smells like old dusty shut in house. Clearly water damaged base boards plus the area underneath the kitchen sink. Plenty of Cob webs upon move in... Nice clean carpet though. Had a busted pipe that flooded water into my bedroom carpet. light fixtures, ceiling fans and upgraded hardware and faucets really need to happen if you all want to compete with other apartments.

Have lived here for several years and each year new neighbors come in and start making more and more noise at all hours. Since repaving the parking lot in front of my building there is less parking as well.

Theres no security ,theres no insulation to deaden the noise from outside or between other apartments, the office doesn't care about anything except planning partys,maintenance doesn't fix stuff or takes forever to do it.

I visited a relative who recently moved in and was allowed with the wristband to visit the pool. Great it’s hot hot. But, upon arriving at the pool the assistant manager was very rude and asked questions that made the visit uncomfortable and a bad experience. When I grow concerned about her questions (I’m a black and she a white) she assumed I was giving her attitude because I said she was asking me too many questions when I have the wristband and answered her questions at first. I decided to just leave at the point as it wasn’t worth the back and forth but I am mad my relative live here where the staff is very uninviting and problematic. Guest of a resident shouldn’t feel uncomfortable because as I feel the color of their skin.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! CARS GET BROKEN INTO EVERY NIGHT AND THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO PUT UP CAMERAS OR DO ANYTHING TO PROTECT THEIR RESIDENTS. THESE APARTMENTS ARE ALSO LOCATED DIRECTLY BESIDE THE HOOD. THE FENCE THAT SEPARATES THIS COMPLEX FEOM THE HOOD HAS GAPING HOLES ANDBIS FALLING OVER. Nothing about this apartment complex is recommendable. First off, they are extremely over priced ($1,000 for a 1 bed), the actually apartments themselves are completely out dated and dirty. They supposedly have a grounds keeper who NEVER does their job because there is trash EVERYWHERE around all the apartment buildings!!! 2nd the insides of the apartments are disgusting, No plumbing or fixtures have been updated, there is mildew all in the bath tubs in the cracks of the tiles and base of the tubs, they have been asked for YEARS by my gfs mother to fix it, THEY NEVER DID!!! The sliding glass doors are drafty and off track, which a work request was put in for that and NEVER taken care of by management. 3rd my gfs mom had a lady living below her who had to move out because RATS infested her apartment. When she moved out they never called in pest control, instead they just used flexiseal foam to “fill in the holes” on the outside of the apartment and just left it that way, didn’t try to cover it with anything!!! Needless to say this apartment complex should have been bought out by another company years ago. The management and owners here are TRUE SLUM LORDS!!!

Pool opened yesterday � It is beautiful, my granddaughter and I loved it. Maintenance came and fixed our front door lock and adjusted our hot water heater the same day we called.

maintenance is terrible still after three months of complaining about a leaking roof nothing has been done also our washer machine isn't working its now day 5. They came out once "fixed" it made a mess without making sure it worked, turns out it's still broken.
