    Pot holes everywhere in the roads in the complex... Nice office staff.. Apartment smells like old dusty shut in house. Clearly water damaged base boards plus the area underneath the kitchen sink. Plenty of Cob webs upon move in... Nice clean carpet though. Had a busted pipe that flooded water into my bedroom carpet. light fixtures, ceiling fans and upgraded hardware and faucets really need to happen if you all want to compete with other apartments.

    Have lived here for several years and each year new neighbors come in and start making more and more noise at all hours. Since repaving the parking lot in front of my building there is less parking as well.

    Theres no security ,theres no insulation to deaden the noise from outside or between other apartments, the office doesn't care about anything except planning partys,maintenance doesn't fix stuff or takes forever to do it.
