        I have enjoyed my apartment and the facilities. However, recently my rent has increased by about $200, they have not taken care of things such as leaks in my roof, and 2 of my friends cars have been towed when they have come to visit me.

        Since Kettler has taken over the property overall has gone down hill. I am a five year resident so I have been here through three transitions with management companies. There is very poor rule enforcement i.e. tenants are allowed to leave trash, etc in the breeze way and patios with no penalties. The dumpster area is almost always running over and is never pressure washed. The yard maintenance has not been kept up to the standards I am use to. I am very discouraged and will not be renewing

        Some of the residents are annoying. Not violating lease agreements or laws, merely annoying and lacking consideration for their neighbors.

        Annoying charges for everything from parking tags to replacement keys to garbage disposal quickly add up to make rent too expensive.Trash compactor is regularly over flowing with garbage. Apartment had several minor issues during move in. Apartment exteriors are sub par but instead of refreshing living space the office is being torn apart for a better first impression. Pool is currently out of commission and has been down for weeks in this past summer . Been here two years but it won't be three
